Mushroom stir fry recipe (Indian style stir fried mushrooms)

How to make mushroom stir fry

  • 1 ¼ cup white button mushrooms sliced operating theater 10 to 12

  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 to 3 tbsps Oil
  • ¾ tsp violent chili powder
  • 1 Pinch turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala or substance masala (readymade is okey)
  • Salt to sample
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
  • Chop up onions, slit green chilies. Soak cashews for 15 minutes or rinse off green peas, drain them and appropriate.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Sum cumin, mustard, admit them to splutter. Fry ginger garlic paste for 2 mins.

  • MBD onions and fry them evenly till they browned, not treated. While the onions fry, you can chop the mushrooms.

  • Next add Lycopersicon esculentum and saute until the moisture dries in the lead and the raw smell goes away.

  • Add chili powder, garam masala, curry leaves and turmeric. Saute until the raw smell has gone, just for a minute.

  • Add chopped mushrooms, cashews and salty. Stir fry on a medium high flame till you begin to get down an aroma of mushrooms. This takes 2 mins.

  • Cover and ready on a low flame trough the mushrooms are well-done, giving a good stir in 'tween. Do not overcook equally mushrooms be given to get ahead soggy very fast. Add lemon juice if desired.
